Experteer Overview
In this role you will support and optimize logistics across the EMEA region, acting as the main contact for inbound to outbound activities. You will collaborate with sales to ensure timely order processing and contribute to process improvements, including automation and digitalization. You will manage freight orders, monitor daily deliveries, and coordinate with forwarders while analyzing KPIs to identify bottlenecks. This position offers exposure to an international team and a chance to impact delivery performance for a growing solar solutions business.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Serve as the direct contact for logistics topics for assigned Sales Managers, from inbound to final delivery
• Coordinate with the in-house sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing
• Support operational process improvements and drive automation/digitalization projects
• Create freight orders with selected forwarders/carriers




• Proactively manage transport of daily deliveries and adjust delivery plans as needed
• Communicate with forwarders/3PL on transport status, confirmations, and delays
• Evaluate and report KPIs for transportation and warehousing
• Analyze shipping data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
• Experience with SAP ERP is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish
