Overview In this role you will optimize end-to-end sourcing for near-patient testing tech and external manufacturing networks, turning routine requests into strategic opportunities. You will work within Global Diagnostics Procurement (DOP) to drive cost savings, ensure general supply reliability, and contribute to a high-performing, diverse procurement team. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes and support Roche’s mission to improve patient access to healthcare. Responsabilidades * Sourcing execution across global activities (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs) and market benchmarking * Demand aggregation to maximize leverage and inform Category Management * Project & risk management, including timelines, milestones,



and risk mitigation * Contract lifecycle management with template-based agreements and renewals * Operational excellence via SAP and myBuy to simplify workflows and ensure policy compliance * Metrics tracking and CSR efforts, including supplier diversity and ethics * Managing conflicting priorities and communicating updates to stakeholders Requisitos principales * University degree (Business or Life Sciences preferred) * 3–5+ years in sourcing, focusing on tactical sourcing and contract management * Experience in direct categories within medical device, healthcare, or high-tech manufacturing sectors * Knowledge of NPC technology, sensor technology, cartridge production, or external manufacturing * Proficiency with SAP, P2P workflows, and eSourcing/eAuction platforms; Tableau knowledge * Business-level English; Spanish or German a plus * Analytical problem-solving * Customer-service orientation * Ability to translate complex needs into clear procurement specs * SAP * myBuy * P2P workflows
