Overview In this general role, you will build a scalable Growth Marketing and MarTech capability system to shift Openbank from CPA-led acquisition toward lifecycle-driven growth powered by first-party data and AI-enabled decisioning. You will shape integral standards, turn market learnings into reusable assets, and partner with Technology, Product and Data to deliver high-impact use cases. The position offers broad exposure across Marketing, Product, Data and Technology and direct impact on growth efficiency and innovation. Responsabilidades * Build Growth Marketing capability roadmap and translate gaps across markets into a phased plan * Shape and scale MarTech foundation by defining priority use cases and business requirements, collaborating with Technology, Product and Data * Establish acquisition and channel best practices across full-funnel activities and CRM/lifecycle * Create an experimentation operating system with a standardized method for hypotheses,



test design and decision-making * Accelerate lifecycle marketing and personalization leveraging first-party data and customer signals * Scale AI-enabled growth use cases including AI decisioning, personalization, automation and content-driven growth * Turn pilots into reusable global assets with lighthouse use cases, playbooks and implementation guides * Bridge Marketing, Technology and Data by translating opportunities into clear requirements and addressing gaps * Build global/local capability with training and communities of practice, avoiding duplicated structures * Engage hands-on in diagnostics, playbooks, experiment charters and executive recommendations Requisitos principales * 8+ years in growth marketing, digital acquisition, MarTech, CRM/lifecycle or related fields * Track record in building and scaling marketing capabilities across teams or markets * Hands-on experience with digital acquisition, audience strategy and performance economics * Experience translating marketing opportunities into MarTech/da
