We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Surgical Equipment Specialist (SES) dedicated to our Sophi Phaco machine to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting, demonstrating and selling our cutting-edge Sophi Phaco machines to healthcare facilities.They will also promote a full range of related consumable and disposable products. This position requires a deep understanding of cataract procedures and the operating room environment and a proven track record in medical equipment sales. This role is field-based in Iberia. What You’ll Be Doing: 1. Formal training * Successfully complete a formal training and certification program in Switzerland. * Develop a comprehensive understanding of our surgical equipment portfolio. 2. Relationship Building * Build strong relationships with key decision makers in healthcare facilities. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. 3. Customer Education * Educate customers on the features and benefits of the Sophi range of machines. 4.



Quoting and proposal generation * Work with internal stakeholders to prepare quotations and offerings to customers. * Facilitate an appropriate pricing strategy for multi-product offerings. 5. Pre-sales: * Identify cross-selling opportunities from the wider Rayner portfolio. * Facilitate and lead wetlabs, on site demonstrations. 6. Clinical evaluation * Demonstrate the Sophi range in the O.R. during live surgery, programming the devices in response to surgeon preference. * Onboard the O.R. team over a period of several months. 7. After Sales: * Provide first line technical support to HCPs, facilities, and colleagues. * Provide post-market surveillance to support MDR. 8. Sales reporting * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and pipeline management. 9.
