Join Our Team to Navigate This Challenge Together!We are looking for aIndustrialization Project Managerwith strong expertise inengines and mechanical componentsto join our international projects.What Will You Do?Manage complex industrial projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Production, Manufacturing and external suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project.Support and supervise manufacturing and industrialization activities related to gearbox production, identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor project progress and identify potential risks, defining and implementing appropriate mitigation actions.Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with technical specifications and quality requirements.Manage product and manufacturing process changes throughout the project lifecycle, assessing their impact on project objectives.Monitor and manage technical and production-related issues,
