Overview In this role you will shape Wallbox’s global total rewards framework, aligning compensation, benefits and equity with our international footprint. You will partner across Finance, HR and leadership to design competitive structures that attract and retain talent, while ensuring pay equity and regulatory compliance. You’ll lead equity programs for a US-listed company and optimize long-term incentives for global teams. This is a strategic, impact-driven position in a fast-growing green-energy company. and track sales incentives in partnership with Sales Leadership and FP&A; * Manage local and international benefits, vendor relations, and wellbeing initiatives * Forecast workforce costs with Finance/FP&A; and lead pay equity and pay transparency compliance * Lead annual merit cycles, market adjustments, and develop advanced total rewards reporting via HRIS Requisitos principales * Bachelor or Master in relevant field with 4–8 years in compensation, benefits, and total rewards * Knowledge of equity compensation models (RSUs, stock options) and public company reward frameworks * Expertise in salary benchmarking and job evaluation frameworks (Mercer, Korn Ferry/Hay, WTW) * Advanced analytical skills with complex spreadsheet modeling and HRIS proficiency * Professional English level * strong analytical thinking * stakeholder collaboration * attention to detail * equity compensation models * salary benchmarking * job evaluation frameworks
