Overview As a Payroll Implementation Lead, you guide the end-to-end rollout of Deel’s general payroll solutions, including data migration and system configuration for clients. You collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate data transfer, compliant processes, and a smooth go-live. You’ll manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications, driving on-time, on-budget delivery and a seamless transition. This role sits at the heart of enabling global teams to be paid accurately and on schedule. * Configure interfaces and reports for parallel and live payroll in month 1–2 * Lead go-live sign-off and document client-specific needs, validate and reconcile data * Generate and analyze payroll reports and GL mappings as needed * Act as primary payroll project contact and report to senior leadership * Own end-to-end implementation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery * Gather client requirements across HR, Finance, and stakeholders * Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws, monitor changes * Oversee data migration from legacy to new system, ensure accuracy and security * Develop and execute testing plans to validate system readiness * Apply change management to ensure smooth employee and HR adoption Requisitos principales * 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations * Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across designated location * Experience with payro
