Overview In this role you contribute to the development and specification of new products or improvements to existing ones to boost competitiveness. You work within the Engineering team to design, model, and document mechanical solutions, and you collaborate with suppliers and production to industrialize and prototype products. You will create and maintain product and process documentation and continuously seek method and performance improvements. This is a cross-functional, international environment where your work directly shapes product quality and manufacturability. and track manufacturing orders * Participate in product prototyping and manage manufacturing resources * Industrialize products by developing assembly and testing processes and necessary tooling * Create and maintain documentation such as assembly instructions and manuals * Improve methods, processes, and product performance to enhance competitiveness Requisitos principales * Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience * Advanced CAD and PLM skills (PTC Creo / Windchill or similar) * Experience with positioning systems and mechatronics * Knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal, and plastic casting * Familiar with tolerances and GD&T; * Knowledge of product quality and testing processes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and local language * Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail * Excellent presentation and communication skills in Spanish and English * Motivation for working in an international, growth-oriented tech environment * Proactive, versatile, team player
