Overview In this role you will manage and coordinate monthly payroll, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across HR, Finance, Operations and the outsourced provider. You will support employees on payroll, benefits, and policies, acting as a trusted internal partner. The position focuses on data integrity, timely payroll delivery, and continuous process improvement within a general operations context. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth payroll experience and enhance benefits programs, contributing to a motivated, well-supported workforce. Compensaciones / Beneficios * Private health insurance * Monthly Glovo credit * Discounts on transport and food * Discounted gym memberships * Extra time off and option to work from home two days a week * Enhanced parental leave Responsabilidades * Collect payroll data from operations and prepare monthly payroll figures * Maintain internal and provider files to ensure data accuracy * Perform payroll checks and ensure data completion * Assist with taxes and tax-related questions with provider support * Coordinate payroll activities between HR, Finance, Operations, Legal and outsourced provider * Support the People team and other departments on payroll and benefits topics * Answer day-to-day questions from employees about payroll, benefits, and policies * Coordinate internal audits to ensure compliance and keep employee files updated * Administer changes to salary, benefits, promotions, bonuses; support new benefits programs * Enhance employee experience and satisfaction through payroll-related actions Requisitos principales * Minimum 2 years of end-to-end payroll experience * Knowledge of payroll structure, social security, and tax regulation * Excellent data management skills; strong Excel and database skills * Strong verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills * Proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented * Strong process improvement and coordination capabilities * Proactive and hands-on attitud
