Overview In this role, you will oversee the performance and health of a 200-supplier portfolio, linking Category Management with Business Units and Supplier Technicians. You will leverage data and scorecards to drive cost consolidation, contract compliance, and a integral alignment of sourcing strategy. You’ll proactively manage supplier risk and lead reviews to improve delivery, quality, and competitiveness. This position is pivotal for scalable supplier management and cross-functional governance in a dynamic supply chain environment. Responsabilidades * Oversee 200 suppliers daily and analyze spend and performance data to support segmentation and high-level Supplier Plans * Recommend spend consolidation and conduct business reviews; ensure contractual compliance and monitor capacity/lead times * Improve supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost, competitiveness)



and mitigate risk; maintain master data and alternate sourcing options * Partner with BU/site leadership to resolve issues; facilitate data-driven communication between suppliers, Supplier Technicians, and Category Management; consolidate MOR escalations and ensure governance across shared vendors * Execute Supplier Plans, drive performance and risk mitigation, maintain contractual coverage, and prioritize high-risk suppliers Requisitos principales * 4+ years of Supply Chain experience * Certified Supply Chain Professional preferred * Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, project management, and data analysis skills * Knowledge of category supply bases and market dynamics; hybrid commercial-technical supply chain understanding * Excellent stakeholder collaboration and cross-organizational influence * Geographically mobile for business engagements * stakeholder collaboration * cross-functional influence * communication * data analysis * performance scorecards * risk management
