Overview In this role, you will configure and optimize the Cytora deployment to support data-driven risk insights across Zurich units. You’ll collaborate with Cytora, IT, and data teams to embed AI outputs into workflows and underwriting processes. You’ll calibrate AI models to Zurich’s risk appetite, ensure data quality, and promote responsible AI usage. This position sits at the intersection of underwriting, data, and IT within Zurich’s Technology Delivery Center, offering impact at scale and cross-functional learning.
