Experteer Overview
In this role you drive adoption and measurable customer impact for new releases. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to define activation, track adoption, and fix drop-offs in the user journey. You’ll translate complex features into customer value, enable frontline teams, and automate release communications. This is an AI-first, automation-driven position focused on scaling adoption without relying on traditional demand-gen tactics.

• Define adoption criteria and tracking for Tier 1 launches with activation events and readiness metrics
• Diagnose adoption bottlenecks using funnel analysis (Amplitude/SQL) and implement product or workflow fixes
• Own adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches and shape onboarding and activation experiences
• Prototype and implement friction-reducing fixes (onboarding flows, in-app guides, nudges, internal tools)
• Automate release communications and pipelines using automation tools to minimize manual effort
• Translate complex features into clear user-facing language and concise internal briefs
• Enable customer-facing teams with Launch Briefs detailing new releases,



impact, messaging, and watchpoints

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in product marketing, growth, or adoption-focused roles in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to diagnose low adoption and implement effective product/workflow changes
• Hands-on product analytics experience; can define events with Engineering and analyze data
• Comfortable owning and being held accountable for activation/retention metrics
• Builder mindset with automation/AI tooling experience (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Claude or similar)
• Ability to simplify complex features for customers and internal teams
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams
• English fluency; additional languages a plus (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese)
