Experteer Overview
As a People Operations Specialist you will be a go-to resource for employees and managers, blending hands-on support with process improvements across general business units. You’ll ensure a smooth employee experience and compliant, efficient processes in a cross-functional setting. You will own the employee lifecycle and optimize HRIS usage to surface data-driven insights. This role supports growth by turning day-to-day activities into scalable, well-documented practices. You’ll work with a diverse, international team to shape a culture where people can thrive.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on contracts, benefits, policies, and working conditions
• Own the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and contract changes
• Optimize and troubleshoot the HRIS to keep processes centralized and accessible
• Maintain compliance with employment law and audits, proactively addressing issues
• Analyze headcount, turnover,



and absenteeism data to identify process inefficiencies and propose fixes
• Collaborate with the People team, external advisors, and international stakeholders on cross-functional projects

Responsabilidades
• Expert-level Spanish and solid English
• 3-4 years in People Ops, HR or generalist role
• Strong understanding of Spanish labor law
• Comfort with an HRIS (Factorial, Personio, BambooHR or similar)
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly
• High level of discretion and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Proactive, ownership mindset in ambiguous situations
