Overview In this role you will support the Global Quality Assurance function by coordinating quality events, records, and QA processes to ensure compliant, timely quality activities. You will work closely with the QA team to manage trackers, QA inbox requests, and migration of records into the Qualio eQMS. Your contributions help maintain organized documentation and drive effective quality management. This position offers the chance to contribute to regulated life sciences operations in a collaborative, general setting. Responsabilidades * Maintain and update QA trackers and support follow-up of deviations, CAPAs, complaints,



and related actions * Escalate and route quality requests to the appropriate QA team member * Support migration of manual and legacy records into the Qualio eQMS and maintain records * Triage QA inbox requests and route them appropriately * Assist with training administration and related records * Support preparation of quality metrics and status reports * Ensure orderly filing and control of quality records * Support other QA administrative and operational activities Requisitos principales * Approximately 1–2 years of QA or quality systems experience in a regulated life sciences environment * Basic understanding of QMS concepts and quality processes (deviations, CAPAs, complaints, training, controlled docs) * Experience or familiarity with electronic QMS (Qualio preferred) * Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple activities and deadlines * High attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and escalate when QA review is needed * Proficiency in English * strong communication * attention to detail * organisational skills * Qualio eQMS * document control * training administration
