you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino. In this position, you will coordinate smaller groups and events, ensuring smooth planning and delivery in line with guest expectations and Resort standards. You will work closely with hotel departments and support the Groups & Events team in managing larger and more complex programs, while developing your operational expertise and delivering exceptional guest service Responsibilities * Coordinate assigned small groups, events and internal meetings from handover to departure. * Maintain accurate group information, rooming lists and event details in Opera and relevant systems. * Prepare and update BEOs, group resumes, welcome letters, menus and other event documents. * Communicate group requirements and updates clearly with organizers and hotel departments. * Support the G&E; team with l
