Overview In this role you implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management, guiding clients and aligning HR processes with best practices. You will design, configure, and lead workshops, while transferring knowledge to clients and SD Worx teams. You’ll collaborate across the Cloud Business Line to drive innovation in a fast-growing HR tech environment. EU locations * Laptop and equipment provided Responsabilidades * Implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or Time Management solutions * Guide clients on best practices and stay aligned with SuccessFactors roadmap * Lead client process walkthroughs to map needs to system functionality * Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices * Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users * Ensure knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams * Collaborate with international colleagues to share knowledge and drive innovation Requisitos principales * Led at least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management * Strong communication skills for senior client stakeholders * Proactive and eager to stay updated on SAP technologies * SuccessFactors EC or Time Management Certification * Solid understanding of HR processes * Fluency in German and advanced English * Self-motivated, autonomous, and initiative-taker * Comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment * Stron gcommunication * Proactive learner * Autonomy * SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central * SAP SuccessFactors Time Management * HR processes knowledge
