Experteer Overview In this role, you design and maintain data tooling to support experimentation and model feature engineering across large player datasets. You will build cross-game data marts and reusable production-level code, partnering with game analytics to deploy tools used across applications. You’ll develop end-to-end AI pipelines and share engineering best practices with analysts. This position offers growth in a fast-paced, collaborative analytics team that directly impacts player experience and game growth. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for experimentation and feature engineering on large-scale datasets • Design, build, and maintain cross-game data marts with clean, transformed data for Analysts • Develop scalable, reusable code, tools,



and frameworks for adoption across game teams • Partner with game analytics to co-design and maintain data tools used across multiple applications • Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines supporting Analysts’ day-to-day tasks • Educate game analysts on coding and software engineering best practices Responsabilidades • Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, optimization, large-scale data warehouses) • Experience building/maintaining production data pipelines with Airflow, Docker, S3, CI/CD • Advanced Python for production-level data analytics solutions • Basic to intermediate experience integrating LLMs or generative AI tools • Collaborative team player with strong communication, proactive in ambiguous environments • Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality, pragmatic about short-term needs vs long-term quality Requisitos principales • Hybrid working from home/office • Relocation support • 25 days annual leave + 5 days at Christmas • Private medical insurance for you and family • Device selection on joining (iOS/Android) • Language lessons
