As Head of Mu0026amp;A and Advisory, you will lead and develop a cross-functional team delivering high-quality advisory mandates, asset management analyses, and business planning across diverse clients. You will shape strategy, oversee complex transactions, and ensure profitability through disciplined pricing and resource allocation. This senior role appraises opportunities, expands service offerings, and strengthens client relationships on a general scale. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive growth and transformation in a fast-growing international platform.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Mu0026A and asset management team across multiple levels, including performance reviews and career progression.
• Review and quality-control financial models (DCF, three-way, LBO, earn-out), business plans, Mu0026A materials, and due diligence outputs.
• Oversee the team’s project pipeline across multiple sectors and manage cross-functional advisory and asset management assignments.
• Serve as primary liaison between advisory/asset management teams and senior leadership.
• Manage external advisory mandates (scope, resourcing, delivery, pricing, client communication, follow-up).
• Monitor mandate profitability through pricing strategy and resource allocation; take corrective actions as needed.




• Support growth of the advisory business by pursuing new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
• Lead development and refinement of business plans, monitor performance, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external professionals (legal, accounting, tax) to support transactions and planning initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development as the organization expands; report on team performance and project status to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades
• 8–15 years in Mu0026A Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex transactions and advisory projects.
• Seniority at VP, Director, Head of, or equivalent level.
• Strong grasp of corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic advisory services.
• Proven ability to review financial models, valuations, business plans, and due diligence.
• Experience coordinating across multiple jurisdictions with external professionals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial decision-making.
