Overview As an Investment Quant, you will own and deliver end-to-end quant projects for a Madrid-based start-up office within a integral alternative investment fund. You will apply mathematical modelling, data sourcing, and production-grade coding to build profitable trading analytics. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn business problems into scalable solutions. model and solve mathematical challenges * source and leverage required data for production solutions * code and maintain end-to-end quant solutions in production * contribute to multiple phases of a quant project from ideation to deployment Requisitos principales * Bachelor/Master/PhD in numerate field from a Russell Group University or equivalent * bachelor equivalents with 1st class degree and high grades * 3–5 years experience in financial services; ideally in Rates or Equities * experience in data analysis using Python-based tools * 3+ years object-oriented programming in enterprise codebases (C#, C++, or JAVA) * 2+ years derivatives pricing and modelling * knowledge of machine learning * excellent maths intuition * strong communication and problem-solving skills * ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment * good communication skills * pragmatic problem solver * independent with initiative * Python-based data analysis * object-oriented programming (C#, C++, JAVA) * derivatives pricing and modelling
