Overview In this role you will define and drive the integral corporate communications strategy in line with business objectives. You will lead international external communications across key markets, blending corporate, consumer and PR approaches to strengthen brand reputation. You will manage media relations, crisis and issues communications, and guide high-impact campaigns with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with the IAG Group and senior stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent messaging. Responsabilidades * Define and manage the global corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives * Develop tailored plans supporting lobbying,



sustainability and strategic corporate initiatives * Design campaigns to influence public opinion and engage key opinion leaders * Execute and monitor communication activities against objectives * Coordinate with the IAG Group on corporate announcements and key messages * Design and supervise international external communications across markets (Italy, France, UK) * Review and approve external materials (press releases, messages, media kits) * Coordinate with agencies and external partners across markets * Manage international media relations and develop a spokesperson program * Deliver PR campaigns to boost brand visibility across earned media * Lead crisis and issues communications during disruptions or crises * Develop governance for crisis protocols and respond to cyber incidents or disruptions * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for speed and consistency * Create and oversee press materials and official statements * Develop and approve corporate messages, presentations, talking points and Q&A; documents Requisitos principales * 8+ years in senior communications roles * Minimum 3 years in a similar senior position * Strong track record in corporate and consumer communicati
