Experteer Overview In this role you partner with IT leadership to drive transparency, efficiency, and alignment across key IT initiatives. You provide strategic and operational support, focusing on workforce planning, governance, and internal communications. You will standardise processes, coordinate data for planning and reporting, and support leadership discussions without direct project ownership. You thrive in a structured, dynamic environment and help IT translate strategy into actionable plans. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Coordinate data collection, validation and structuring to support IT planning and decision-making • Maintain central planning trackers (headcount, budgets, resource allocation) and perform data quality reviews • Prepare summaries and analyses for leadership, boards and steering committees • Assist in developing briefing materials, position papers, and decision templates for senior IT leaders • Contribute to workflow governance, operating models,



and documentation of IT processes and policies • Track progress on action plans from leadership decisions and ensure follow-through • Support creation of executive presentations and reports for meetings and governance forums • Assist internal communication campaigns and ensure consistent messaging aligned with IT goals • Coordinate general events (workshops, strategy sessions, hackathons) and maintain central documentation repositories Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered • Proven experience in a similar role within technology or IT services • Strong financial understanding and IT controlling knowledge with ability to analyze budgets and IT investments • Familiarity with IT service delivery models and enterprise technology environments an advantage • Advanced Microsoft Office
