Overview In this role you will draft, negotiate, and finalize complex clinical site contracts for sponsor-led trials, while ensuring timely data entry into CMS. You will coordinate with Integral Clinical Operations, Legal, sites, and external providers to meet stringent timelines and quality standards. The position sits at the heart of fast-paced contracting, balancing regulatory compliance with practical budgeting and site interactions. You will play a key part in enabling oncology studies to progress and deliver value to patients. This is a collaborative, cross-functional role that combines contract management with strategic process improvements. Responsabilidades * Draft, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and amendments with sites * Execute contracts on time and manage related budgets * QC final contract and budget documents and initiate signature process * Ensure delivery within Fair Market Value and regulatory compliance * Serve as primary contact between CBO, GCO, Legal, sites,
