anddefect resolutionsaligned with business priorities.Analyze code and identify issues to acceleratedevelopmentandtroubleshooting .Business Collaboration & Process OptimizationPartner with business stakeholders to understandcommercialandoperational requirements .Translate business needs intofunctionalandtechnical specifications .Balancestandard SAP capabilitieswith innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value.Supportcontinuous improvement initiativesacross theOrder‑to‑Cash (O2C)process.Knowledge Leadership & Team CollaborationWork closely withcross‑functional SAP teams, includingFinance ,Supply Chain ,Procurement, andTechnologyteams.Act as a recognizedSubject Matter Expert (SME)within key functional areas.Provideknowledge transferto support teams, trainers, subject matter experts, and external consultants.Contribute toglobal project initiativesandbest‑practice sharingacross regions.Innovation & AI EnablementIdentify opportunities to leverageArtificial Intelligence (AI)andautomationwithin SAP Sales & Distribution processes.Support the implementation ofAI‑driven use casesacross theOrder‑to‑Cashlifecycle.Contribute to TD SYNNEX'sdigital transformation strategythrough innovative technology solutions.Knowledge, Skills and Experience5‑7 yearsof experience as anSAP SD Consultantor in a similarERP consultingrole.Strong hands‑on experience configuring and supportingSAP Sales & Distribution (SD)solutions.Solid understanding ofOrder‑to‑Cash (O2C)business processes and their integration with SAP.Experience working withinSAP ECC 6.7 environmentsis required.
