In this role you will optimize Edwards Lifesciences' manufacturing processes across sewing, assembly, delivery and distribution to improve patient outcomes. You will apply engineering methods to redesign tooling and equipment, run complex experiments, and qualify processes. You will lead projects, train technicians, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate innovative ideas into reliable medical devices.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Apply knowledge of technical principles and Edwards systems to optimize manufacturing processes
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes using Six Sigma and LEAN methods




• Develop complex experiments and tests to qualify and validate processes; analyze results and report findings
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues (CAPA, non-conformances, audits)
• Develop training materials and work instructions for production teams
• Lead project plans to meet customer expectations using project management tools
• Oversee manufacturing support tasks; instruct and train technicians; coordinate xcgbitx work
• Handle incidental duties assigned by Leadership

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific field with 4 years experience
• Master's Degree or equivalent with 3 years experience
• Ph.D. or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific field with industry experience
• Fluent in English u0026 Spanish
