Overview In this Financial Accountant role, you will own the financial reporting cycle for multiple European entities within a multinational team. You will handle statutory and US GAAP filings, payroll, transfer pricing, and working-capital data in a multi-currency environment. The position supports audit, taxation prep, and ad hoc accounting projects, contributing to accurate, timely financials in a general, remote-friendly setting. You’ll collaborate across functions to ensure high-quality reporting and regulatory compliance, shaping financial processes in a fast-growing, multilingual enterprise. Responsabilidades * Own monthly financial statements and reporting cycle for multiple European entities * Manage revenue and regulatory filings under US GAAP and local statutory requirements * Oversee outsource payroll providers and local payroll/employer taxes monthly * Coordinate global transfer pricing with external providers and country-specific documentation * Provide data for multi-currency weekly, monthly,



and forecast working capital needs * Prepare and analyze Trial Balance and Financial Statements; conduct detailed TB reviews * Apply IFRS/FRS102 knowledge; perform Budget to Actual analyses * Assist with audits and corporation tax requirements; liaise with team leads * Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects with the wider Finance team Requisitos principales * MS Excel with pivot tables and advanced formulas (essential) * Workday or similar ERP experience (advantage) * Knowledge of EU VAT regulation and reporting * Accounting qualification with 2–3 years in a similar environment * Ability to work in an international remote team * Proven track record in accounts roles/functions * Transfer pricing knowledge * Excellent interpersonal communication * Self-starter, organized and flexible * Strong team player with ability to prioritise and meet global deadlines * MS Excel pivot tables and formulas * Workday (or similar ERP) * US GAAP and local statutory reporting
