Overview As a Supply Chain and Quality Manager at Airbus in Getafe, you will oversee supplier activities and contract execution to ensure quality and on-time deliveries for satellite payload equipment. leading progress meetings and gate reviews * Support development/new product introductions by advising on industrial and manufacturing needs * Control supplier activities and maintain understanding of supplier scope and status * Manage product assurance aspects with suppliers (non-conformities, waivers, deviations) * Assess supplier capacity, capability and performance; initiate supplier improvement projects * Participate in supplier assessment during tendering and influence selection decisions * Uphold AIRBUS values and ethics in supplier relationships * Travel to accommodate business needs (up to 1–2 trips per month) Requisitos principales * Engineering degree in Electronic, Space/Aerospace or similar * Experience in supply chain, quality, project management or engineering * Strong communication and negotiation skills * High organizational and motivational skills * Knowledge of Space Systems, satellite electronics, radar/RF payload and/or manufacturing of payload equipment is a plus * Business fluent
