and turn it into clear next steps * Give constructive feedback on team ideas and designs, and receive feedback on own work Требования: * Experience designing games across multiple mobile titles, including at least one squad RPG * Experience with a live F2P game, ideally through soft launch, and comfort iterating based on data * Strong understanding of the mobile RPG F2P market * Experience designing and balancing features, economies, progression, and meta systems, and understanding their impact on KPIs * Hands-on experience with Unity or another game engine * Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; ability to pitch ideas, lead discussions, give constructive critique, and receive feedback * Будет плюсом: C# experience, experience with A/B testing and analytics tools Условия: Full-time, permanent employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
