Overview As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will drive growth across the Mediterranean territory by turning technical capabilities into value for distributors, engineers, and infrastructure owners. You’ll shape territory strategies, manage key accounts, and optimize the distribution network to expand market presence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, technically-sound solutions and support tendering processes. and end users * Develop and implement territory sales strategies and account plans to meet/exceed targets * Manage and optimize the distribution network for market coverage and channel performance * Understand customer needs to develop tailored, value-added solutions * Promote structural reinforcement technologies and valve-insertion to stakeholders * Track opportunities, quotations, and pipeline in Salesforce CRM * Coordinate product demonstrations, technical training, and field support * Collaborate with Operations to coordinate with partners and customers Requisitos principales * Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred) * 3–5 years of professional sales experience in technical sales or international Key Account Management * Fluency in English and Spanish mandatory; Italian is a plus * Experience in civil infrastructure and working with contractors, distributors, or infrastructure ow
