Overview As the Service Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end operational delivery and governance for a portfolio of recurring services. You will partner with Customer Success, Account Management, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality service, transparent performance, and proactive risk management. You’ll help customers adopt scalable, outcome-focused services under Success4U, shaping how value is delivered.
