Overview As On-Demand Finance Lead, you will own the vertical’s financial performance and strategy within Glovo’s on-demand business. You’ll drive P&L; outcomes, design scalable O2C processes, and partner with Product & Tech to build fintech features that scale sustainably. This role combines finance leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. You will work cross-functionally to optimize pricing, operations, and automation, shaping the growth of a strategic business line. Responsabilidades * Own and steer end-to-end On-Demand P&L; across revenue and cost levers * Build scenario models and evaluate expansion opportunities * Lead cost-reduction initiatives, e.g.,



operational fee optimization * Design and optimize scalable Order-to-Cash workflows with Financial Systems and GBS * Partner with Product & Engineering to build fintech features and automate financial workflows * Collaborate with commercial teams to define dynamic pricing and guidelines * Support complex contract negotiations * Manage and coach two Finance Analysts to drive performance and development Requisitos principales * 4+ years in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, Commercial Finance, Strategy Consulting, or CFO-track roles in tech/marketplace environments * Full P&L; ownership and proven cost-growth optimization experience * Strong problem-solving with data-driven, hypothesis-led approaches * Executive presence and ability to manage stakeholders across Commercial, Ops, Product, and GBS * Fluent English (written and spoken) * leadership and people management * cross-functional collaboration * clear and persuasive communication * O2C operations and invoicing expertise * SQL fluency (or willingness to learn) * pricing strategy and commercial modeling
