Overview In this IT Support Engineer role, you will provide hands-on technical help to end users in our Barcelona office, enabling smooth daily operations. You’ll manage devices, software, and accounts, while collaborating with our technology team to improve IT strategies. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, network, and VPN issues and support company events with multimedia. You join a diverse, international team focused on secure, scalable IT services that support the business goals.
