Overview As Creative & Campaign Manager, you drive innovative marketing and brand campaigns across markets to boost awareness, engagement, and leads. You will lead the creative team and external agencies, shaping compelling storytelling aligned with Vueling’s brand. You’ll own 360 marketing strategies, oversee budgets and timelines, and optimize performance with data-driven insights. This role sits at the crossroads of creative execution and strategic branding, enabling you to influence growth and brand health in a dynamic airline environment. Responsabilidades * Lead and coordinate the internal creative team and external agencies to deliver campaigns * Co-develop and implement the integral multi-market marketing plan across channels * Oversee brand and corporate campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders * Brainstorm and produce compelling concepts aligned with brand and audience * Manage content production across ATL, BTL, digital assets and campaigns * Control budgets, timelines,



and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery * Drive 360 marketing strategies to meet business objectives and lead generation * Partner with Brand Strategy to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns * Align media and content strategies with overall brand strategy * Identify optimal channels and platforms for each campaign with media partners * Create the design content hub to centralize design/production with cost optimization and ROI focus * Ensure storytelling consistency across campaigns, calendars, and actions * Direct photography and video sessions and coordinate retouching * Collaborate with CRM, Sales, Communications and other stakeholders for consistent messaging * Produce assets for internal/external activations and promotions with Revenue Management alignment * Define key brand and campaign KPIs and evaluate impact * Make branding decisions based on results and industry trends * Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns Requisitos
