Overview In this role you ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of core applications behind Verisures smart alarm services. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges, push automation, and support a DevOps-oriented operating model. The position blends hands-on engineering with system analysis to drive reliability in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help shape scalable, secure services that customers depend on for protection. and resolve production incidents to minimize disruption * Drive automation and continuous improvement to boost operational efficiency * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve scalability, resilience, and protection * Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes and optimize performance * Maintain technical documentation and contribute to disaster recovery and operational best practices Requisitos principales * 3+ years in IT Operations Support, Application Support, Service Engineering, SRE, or similar * Bachelors in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related studies * Strong communication and collaboration * Analytical problem-solving abilities * Ownership and adaptability * Kubernetes and microservices-based environments * Apache Kafka / Confluent Kafka * Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Shell, Python)
