Overview As P&C; Senior Director Operations, you will lead the general operational excellence agenda for the People & Culture function, spanning Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Learning and Development, and more. You’ll drive governance, process optimization, and digital enablement, including AI integration, to deliver scalable, data-driven, employee-centric P&C; services. You’ll partner with P&C; leadership to translate strategy into execution and elevate service quality and workforce insights.
