Overview In this role you lead the global month-end close and financial reporting to Delivery Hero, strengthening internal controls and ensuring timely, high-quality IFRS reporting. You will coach a team of Accountant Controllers and collaborate with local and corporate finance teams to drive process improvements. The position offers impact across international subsidiaries and cross-accounting initiatives, using OneStream to enhance reporting. * Design and implement controls over the financial close using a risk and control matrix approach. * Partner with corporate and local accounting teams on close, controls and coaching; perform root-cause analysis and process redesign. * Define RACI models and embed redesigned processes ensuring control verification. * Lead projects on presentation and disclosure, IFRS treatments, and refinement of the reporting tool (OneStream). * Support HQ-led cross-accounting initiatives (IFRS, ERP, reporting packages). * Coach and develop the team; act as liaison for Delivery Hero, Finance Performance, and local finance on reporting.
