Overview In this role you will act as a strategic thought partner to client groups, shaping HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will influence leadership on talent decisions, partner with COEs to deliver HR programs, and help forecast workforce needs to sustain growth. You’ll analyze trends to design training and coaching, contribute to selection and compensation processes, and support broader HR initiatives that enable clinicians and teams to deliver better patient outcomes. regions or countries to develop and implement HR strategy * Advise leaders on talent strategies to build capabilities and high-performing teams * Lead or partner with COEs to deliver HR programs for client groups * Evaluate future workforce needs and adapt HR programs to meet them * Analyze trends and metrics to identify training or executive coaching needs and develop solutions with COEs or Shared Service * Participate in talent interviews/selection and perform compensation analysis to drive competitive offers * Other incidental duties Requisitos principales * Bachelors Degree in related field * 12 years of related HR experience * Masters Degree or equivalent in related field * 10 years of related HR experience * facilitation and presentation skills * problem-solving * analytical thinking * Microsoft Office Suite * HR systems * expert understanding of HR processes and systems
