Overview In this role you translate R&T; roadmaps into funded reality by identifying public financing opportunities, building strategic consortia, and guiding proposals to secure support for Airbus Helicopters España. You work within the Engineering Spain organization, collaborating across AH, ET, and external partners to align funding with technology roadmaps. You will influence public and private stakeholders and drive multi-partner collaboration to enable major aerospace initiatives. This position offers impact through shaping funding strategy, consortia growth, and responsible program execution. Responsabilidades * Monitor and map European, national, and regional funding landscapes to identify strategic financing opportunities * Lead capture strategy and prepare high-quality proposals for public funding and related funds,



ensuring alignment with roadmaps * Prepare bidding dossiers in coordination with AH activities in Europe * Lobby and align external stakeholders to defend the technological roadmap and strategy * Lead early-stage consortium formation and manage relationships with industrial partners, SMEs, universities, and research centers * Coordinate with R&T; project execution to ensure smooth transition from proposal to contract * Support project execution and justification when needed * Coordinate with AH R&T; teams and Engineering CoCs to map roadmaps against funding mechanisms and communicate with internal stakeholders * Ensure IP protection for early-stage consortium agreements and proposal structures under IP guidance Requisitos principales * More than 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in R&D; public funding capture in high-tech, defense, or aerospace * Strong aeronautical technical background and understanding of complex engineering systems * Extensive network within national and European funding bodies and relevant aerospace/defense entities * Proven track record navigating European programs (Clean Aviation, Horizon Europe, EDF)
