Overview In this role you will design, develop, deliver and maintain SAP-based HR solutions, focusing on HCM and SuccessFactors. You will gather and translate client requirements into SAP specifications and lead deployments in cross-functional teams. You’ll work on multi-site projects, collaborating with delivery centers worldwide to drive client value. Responsabilidades * Develop, deliver and maintain SAP-based HR solutions (HCM and SuccessFactors) * Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications * Lead SuccessFactors customizations and deployment * Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business)
