Overview As Finance Excellence Partner, you will help transform finance into a more efficient, automated, and analytics-driven function that supports business decisions and the customer journey. You will collaborate with regional and general finance teams to simplify processes, drive automation, and deliver meaningful insights. Responsabilidades * Support budget and three-year planning for the Legal Entity with cross-functional alignment * Drive continuous improvement to simplify planning processes * Analyze deviations from budget and key P&L; items to identify financial drivers * Identify end-to-end opportunities to improve financial performance * Coordinate with Shared Service Center for timely month-end close * Own reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and provisions with documentation * Manage allocations,



re-allocations and true-ups; support standardization and automation * Lead end-to-end cost center planning for selected areas in collaboration with functions * Drive master data management and data cleansing with data owners * Monitor Opex, CAPEX, NOA, FTEs and identify optimization opportunities * Act as Finance Business Partner for non-customer-facing functions (e.g., Supply Chain, IT, People & Culture) * Support business cases and projects for long-term financial impact * Prepare inputs for executive presentations to aid decision making * Serve as finance contact for regional/global queries on expenses and onboarding * Automate recurring finance routines in line with requirements and standards Requisitos principales * 5 years of multinational or audit experience * strong business and financial acumen * team player with growth orientation * customer-focused value delivery mindset * knowledge and expertise in key finan
