Overview As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at Accenture, you will design, develop, and deploy SAP-based HR solutions for clients across Spain. You’ll translate business needs into SAP requirements, lead multi-disciplinary delivery, and nurture client relationships from local to integral delivery centers. deliver and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions * capture functional and technical requirements from clients * translate business requirements into SAP specifications and identify best solution * customize and deploy SuccessFactors solutions * work in multi-disciplinary teams locally and remotely * lead and manage projects and client relationships in some cases * collaborate with delivery centers across the globe Requisitos principales * 4-6 years of Experience with SuccessFactors * Knowledge of Employee Central, Payroll and/or Recruiting Management * experience developing functional and systems specifications * Excellent English and Spanish for consulting * good communication skills and strong team player * occasional travel may be required * excellent communication skills * team player * ability to explain complex concepts simply * SAP SuccessFactors * functional and technical requirements gathering * solution development and customization
