Overview You will lead manufacturing operations across sites to achieve safety, quality, service, and cost targets. As part of Nutreco’s manufacturing network, you’ll coach high-performing teams and ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards. You’ll monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational excellence. This role offers exposure to multiple plants in Spain and Portugal and a strong impact on sustainable food production.
