Overview In this role you will implement digital tools for the assigned region, train and support existing customers, and acquire new ones for SureSmile, DI, DS Core and DS Care. You will drive adoption and cross-sell across the customer base, coordinating initial implementations and ensuring staff use workflows effectively. You’ll provide ongoing training and technical support, perform strategic market analyses, and maintain a strong field presence with regular travel. You will also manage CRM data and help the organization adapt to market developments, contributing to practice efficiency and growth. Responsabilidades * Drive sales of SureSmile, DI, DS Solutions and cross-sell consumables across the customer base * Collaborate with Ambassador profiles to grow the customer base and implement digital solutions * Coordinate initial implementations of SureSmile and DS Solutions and ensure correct workflow usage * Provide training,



guidance and technical support during educational and commercial events * Maintain continuous self-training on products and market trends; analyze customer needs and competitor activity * Ensure balanced presence across the territory with travel to national/international training centers when needed * Keep CRM up to date and support adaptation to market developments Requisitos principales * Experience in sales; industry knowledge a plus * University degree required, preferably in the technology industry * Proven experience working in a digital environment * Excellent presentation skills through digital channels and in person * Intermediate English proficiency * High level of personal and professional integrity * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly * strong communication * presentation skills * customer-focused * CRM software familiarity * digital workflow tools * training delivery and support
