Overview In this Finance Lead role, you own the end-to-end economics of Glovo’s Marketplace Experience, shaping P&L;, forecasting, and decision-ready financial tooling. You partner with operations, country teams, and BPO partners to drive disciplined budgeting and investment choices. You design dashboards and models that leaders rely on to allocate costs and capacity across markets. Responsabilidades * Own end-to-end financial reporting and forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations, ensuring P&L; accuracy and credible estimates * Set the analytical agenda by prioritizing cost drivers and unit-economics questions that inform decisions * Design and own financial toolkit (models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks) used by local teams, operators, and leadership across markets * Act as finance business partner to Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners,



and HQ FP&A;, guiding financial discipline * Lead deep-dives on material variances to root cause, size impact, and drive corrective action * Own the finance workstream on strategic programs (cost reduction, BPO efficiency, capacity/investment decisions) from framing to execution * Mentor junior analysts, raise standards, and improve analytical capabilities across the team * Set standards for the wider finance and operations community and influence without formal authority Requisitos principales * 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with real P&L; ownership * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field * Hands-on P&L; ownership, advanced financial modelling, and fluency with accounting statements and unit economics * Strong analytical judgment to structure ambiguity and identify lev
