Compensaciones / Incentivos * 25 days paid holiday * Hybrid Working * Private Medical Cover * Life & Critical Illness Cover * Family Forming Support * Continuous Professional Development Responsabilidades * Design and build new levels for multiple puzzle mobile games * Balance gameplay elements within artistic and technical constraints * Incorporate narrative and emotional goals into gameplay * Identify and resolve issues from playtests and inter-team feedback * Research new approaches and mechanics to enhance level quality * Maintain level documentation with level goals and specifics * Mentor junior level designers and share feedback/best practices * Coordinate with art, product, and development teams to align goals Requisitos principales * 3+ years as a Level Designer in casual or hyper-casual puzzle games * Solid experience with Unity and level editors (level setup, prefabs, in-game tools) * Strong understanding of progression, pacing, difficulty curves and player flow * Experience designing puzzle mechanics (goals, blockers, boosters) and player engagement * Basic understanding of UX/UI principles in level design (tutorial/onboarding) * Data-driven mindset with ability to iterate from feedback and metrics * Strong expertise in casual mobile games and awareness of market trends * Strong English and Russian communication skills * collaboration and cross-functional communication * mentoring and feedback giving * data-driven decision making
