We are looking for Senior Atlassian Platform Engineer. Your main tasks will be: * Administer Jira Server / Data Center, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud environments. * Configure and support workflows, permissions, dashboards, JQL, automations, integrations, and plugins.



* Monitor Jira performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform stability and reliability. * Support maintenance, upgrades, housekeeping, and incident resolution. * Improve Jira governance and reduce configuration debt. * Automate routine administrative tasks using ScriptRunner, REST API, and scripting tools. * Collaborate with Infra, SRE, DBA, and engineering teams to resolve system and performance issues. We expect from you: * 3+ years of experience with Jira Server / Jira Data Center and Confluence administration. * Strong hands-on experience with Jira as a critical internal platform, including workflows, permissions, custom fields, users, groups, dashboards, JQL, and reporting. * Experience troubleshooting Jira Server issues: logs, indexing, performance bottlenecks, slow queries, plugins, and integrations. * Understanding of Jira architecture, JVM basics, indexing, and performance i
