Your responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in Dutch. * Supporting customers via Live Chat and email. * Helping customers with questions about online orders, payments, products and promotions.



* Handling calls transferred from Specsavers stores and accurately recording customer interactions in the ticketing system. * Making customer satisfaction your number one priority and looking for ways to improve the customer experience. * Following established procedures and processes while delivering a high-quality service. * Working closely with your team and communicating effectively across different channels. * Working towards and achieving your individual and team performance targets. * With time and training, you may also have the opportunity to support customers through Social Media.
