reporting to Mariano Pontón , will be responsible for professionalising, streamlining, and leading the administrative, operational, and general services of Imagine Montessori School to ensure an efficient, safe, digitally transformed, and family-centric environment.

What will your day-to-day look like as a Head of Administration & School Operations at Imagine?
- Leading Digital Transformation & Administrative Systems: Oversee the school management software ecosystem (Phidias/student info, billing, transport, communications) to simplify workflows, automate repetitive tasks (leveraging AI tools), eliminate redundancies, and ensure data consistency across all administrative operations.
- Elevating Family Experience & Touchpoints: Establish service standards and clear protocols for reception, secretarial services, enrolment, billing, transport, and operational communications. Manage collections and sensitive d
