We are searching for someone with a background in Educational Programme Coordination, Language School Management, or Extracurricular Activity Operations who, reporting to Head of Admissions and External Relations , will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our Enrichment Programme and camps, as well as developing and launching Imagine’s new Language Academy.

What will your day-to-day look like as a Enrichment Programme & Language Academy Coordinator at Imagine?
Launching & Growing the Language Academy:



Lead the end-to-end development of Imagine’s new Language Academy targeting a Summer 2027 launch for intensive courses. You’ll conduct local market research, design CEFR-aligned language courses, schedule classes and manage room allocation, recruit and coordinate teaching staff, oversee enrolments and student progress, and explore making Imagine an official exam preparation and testing centre (e.g., Oversee the smooth daily running of our Enrichment Programme beyond regular school hours. You’ll manage holiday camps throughout the year (Winter, Fallas, Easter, and Summer), coordinate external providers and instructors, and organize family initiatives like Weekend Family Experiences to optimize the use of our school facilities.
