About the Role As Business Travel Agent, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end group travel requests and venue sourcing for VIP German clients,



ensuring high-quality operational delivery and direct client satisfaction. * Receive, analyze, and manage complex client briefs for group bookings and FIT (personalized) group arrangements for German clients * Source venues, arrange flights, trains, and accommodation using Amadeus GDS * Handle direct daily communication with client project managers from quote creation to project execution * Collaborate closely with international teams across France, Switzerland, the UK, and global offices * Provide operational cross-market support to colleagues in peak periods while maintaining SLA standards What we are looking for * 3+ years of experience in travel management * Experience with GDS tools, specifically Amadeus (mandatory) * Native or professional fluency in German combined with strong business English (mandatory) * Proven track record in direct client service and managing complex group requirements * S
