Who are you? * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale projects and Agile environments. * Strong affinity with digital Front-end and API-based solutions. * Ability to understand and analyse Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), flow charts, and network diagrams. * Experience working with backlog management and requirement prioritisation. * Hands-on experience with Jira (Trackspace & Docspace) and Miro. * Good understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe methodology. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and facilitating collaboration. * Familiarity with Cognigy and Genesys environments. * Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Nice to have: * Knowledge of standard login and authentication solutions. * Knowledge of CRM ecosystems and SAMBA landscape. * Experience in the airline, aviation, travel, or customer service industry. * Exposure to system integra
